Mixtape: War of Words - Free Your Minds

OK, everyone makes mixtapes nowadays, but this mixtape from War of Words is simply brilliant. Featuring classic tracks from SNAP!, Black Box, TLC and Rosario Ralphi, as well as three tracks from the duo themselves, pop perfection is the only thing on the agenda. War of Words are set for a magnificent 2012 ("isn't everybody?" you say), but tracks like 'Panic', 'Battleground' and 'Sympathy' speak volumes for the girls' potential to be the next big thing in pop music.

Let the girls tell you why they picked these tracks to feature on Free Your Minds:

"We chose 'Rhythm Is A Dancer' because it's one of those songs that just makes you wanna get up and dance.
'Creep' is absolutely one of our favourite TLC tracks, and they were just an awesome group.
'Panic' is just a great pop song about the panicky feeling you get when you first fall for someone.
'Battleground' is an emotional song about a war between lovers.
'Everybody Everybody' is just a really fun song and we love the powerful female vocals that Black Box bring.
'Sympathy' is a new song to feast your ears on. It's more dancey than 'Panic' and 'Battleground', and brings loads of female attitude.
'You Used To Hold Me' is probably a bit more obscure, but I think it's actually my favourite - there's just something really cool about it."

Listen to Free Your Minds below, and you can download it for free if you fancy.
